With the Craps Table Manager, you can take your private Craps Nights to the next level and create an authentic casino-style gaming experience.

The software is specifically designed for a 15″ portrait touchscreen display in 16:9 format and is optimized for this setup.

The user interface follows a deliberately technical design inspired by the FMC/MCDU of an aircraft cockpit. Input and operation follow the same principle: data is entered using dedicated alphanumeric keys and initially appears in the Scratch Line. Using the Line Select Keys positioned next to the Data Fields, the entered information can then be transferred to the desired field.

Keyboard input is not supported. The software can be operated using a mouse, but a touchscreen is highly recommended.

Member Database

• Create player profiles with contact details
• Overview of all players with their current play-money balance
• Lock players who no longer take part: they disappear from selections, while their history stays complete

Promotion Database

• Create promotions with title, description, and amount
• Assign promotions to individual events
• Print the facts of a promotion

Side Bet Database

• Create side bets with name, rules, minimum, and maximum
• Assign side bets to individual events
• Print the rules of a side bet for your table
• Point Chaser is built in and tracked automatically during the game

Event Manager

• Plan casino nights: title, date, and times for door, dinner, start, and an additional time
• Define your own game modes, such as Standard Craps or Team Craps
• Set table minimum, table maximum, payout limit, and odds for every event
• Keep notes for catering and logistics
• Add players from the member database and assign each of them to a position at the table; CTM determines the shooter order from it
• Preparation checklist for every event, built from a standard checklist that you define once; tasks can be imported from a text file
• Event status that guides you from planning to the end of the evening; an event can be activated only when the checklist is complete and every player has a position
• Print a fact sheet with all details of the event: notes, players, promotions, side bets, and checklist
• Duplicate an event and choose what to copy: checklist, notes, players, side bets, and promotions

Finance

• Play-money account for every player, with a complete transaction history
• Book promotions to all players of an event with one click
• Book credits and debits, final scores, and player requests; refund any transaction
• Balances carry over from event to event, so players do not start from zero at every casino night
• Optional auto-refund of unused promotion credit after 90 days
• Search, filter, and print transactions; print a receipt for any transaction
• Promo Wheel (Pro): players win promotion credit on a wheel of fortune, and you book the wins in one step

Payout Calculator

• Calculates the payout of all common craps bets instantly
• Two bet amounts side by side, so one calculation never overwrites the other
• Buy and lay bets with the vig taken from the win or paid up front

Game Dashboard

• Record every roll with a dedicated button for each combination of two dice
• No Roll for rolls that do not count; Correct to remove the last recorded roll
• CTM knows the craps rules and follows the game state automatically: come-out roll, point set, point won, seven out
• Last 10 rolls with color coding for natural, craps, point set, point won, and seven out
• Active shooter determined automatically from the player positions; the dice pass on after a seven out, or manually at any time
• Player positions can be changed during the game
• Game timer with start, pause, and reset
